Move was not as promised. We were told they don't use temporary help, yet they did. The crew team lead was the owner’s son and was more concerned with his job interview at a lube shop than he was in customer satisfaction.nThey damaged the wall in my brand new home. They scuffed or scratched almost every piece of furniture that they touched. It has been over 6 weeks and we still don’t have all of our missing hardware for our shelving units. They totally forgot to move 2 wardrobe units and insinuated it was our fault. They offered a $50 credit to fix damaged walls. This business is a joke and I would suggest anyone who is looking for a mover to look elsewhere.

I'm a mom of many and did not have the time or patience to pack before moving. I asked Simple Moves to take care of it, and in three days they had packed and moved me fully. Awesome experience, major stress relief. Gotta run, number 4 is hungry again. Thanks Simple Moved (ask about the frogbox promo!!)
We were able to get my mom's move in date to a complex care facility in Langley moved up by three weeks. This was a blessing, but we had only three days advance notice and a two hour window in the early morning to get her moved in. Huge thanks to Jani and Simple Moves for making things work within these tight parameters. A highly professional and caring company.
