Orca was delightful to work with from the first phone call. On the day of my move from one home to another, they were cautious, safe with my items, trustworthy humans and normal to converse with. As someone who has had a terrible experience with moving companies in the past, let me say that Dave and his team at Orca have restored my faith! From getting a quote, to scheduling the moving date and time and all the details, to renting totes, to the cost of the service...everything went incredibly smoothly! Dave is a breeze to work with, striking a refreshing balance of professionalism with friendliness and understanding. He listened to our needs and offered gracious solutions. He and his team arrived on time the day of the move, and handled our possessions with care without sacrificing speed. They had us moved in half the time we had experienced with other companies in the past! We also appreciated that he had tote rental available, so we could feel good about using less boxes and tape. And all of this for a price that could not be beat! I am looking forward to recommending Orca to my family, friends, and anyone else who I hear is looking for movers, and they will definitely be my go-to from now on. By far the best moving company I have ever used . David & Murdoch were professional, punctual, efficient & excellent value. They are very personable & the best way to describe my experience is it was like moving with friends.
Dave has been amazing. We are planning our move mid-September and he has been a great communicator. Clear. Frank. And he provided the information on insurance in a timely manner. I would recommend him so far!
