Super friendly and very helpful there was issues with customs and they helped us work through it (which they had no obligation to) and everything arrived in good condition and without damage. 10/10 would recommendnAlso they have a wonderful appreciation for vintage punk and Seinfeld which just added sugar to the top of an already pleasant experience.
Excellent service. The driver, Johan, was courteous and was efficient and safe with the delivery.
Moving to a new city involved a lot of moving parts and it was stressful. U-Pack was the only company I used during this move that was painless and flexible to my schedule. I could not ask for more.
