I highly recommend trying other options prior to buying a sleep number. To start, shipping is $200 one way. So if you're thinking you can do a trial and return the bed if you don't like it, well you're not wrong, but it will cost you about $400. They will try to sell you on the protective bed cover, but I don't recommend buying this. Its roughly $200 and for that price, you can get a much more durable cover. This item is not returnable. Amazon offers alot of great options including Purple, Casper, and Nectar that are all free 2 day shipping and return. I think you're better off trying one of these cheaper options before spending 2-4k on a bed. My wife is pregnant and really enjoyed how well it contoured to her stomach. The sales people were very nice.

Salesperson was great, explained differences between mattresses and frames, he did not push anything on us. They are pricey but many friends say it is worth it and if it weren't for my wife talking me into it and reminding me that we do get a 100 night trial period and we could return the mattress only, I agreed. Now I hope the bed and my sleep is as good as the service, time will tell.

Very pleasant, agreed to my time to come in and stayed with us without distraction. Everything was explained clearly. They were not pushy . Linda at Oxford Valley Mall was the best. We made a purchase same trip and was very happy . Let you know in 100 day trial.

We had a great experience purchasing a mattress from Sleep Number Oxford Valley. Linda, our sales person was very helpful in selecting the right mattress for us and at no point in our sales process did she push us for a sale. Thank you Linda! Can't wait to get our mattress delivery!
