My wife and I recently purchased a new Tempur-Pedic mattress from this location and the shopping experience was excellent. We did our due diligence and went to Sleep Number, Mattress Firm amongst other places. Mattress Warehouse’s customer service was the best by far. Heath was excellent! He didn’t pressure us to buy right away. He understood this is a big decision and was patient as we went back and forth and spent hours debating the pros and cons and making sure we were making the right decision. He wasn’t smothering at all as the sales folks were at some of the other places. When we had a question, he had the answer. Worked hard to make sure we got the soonest delivery which went very smoothly. Delivery guys were excellent. The mattress is great too. Had the best sleep I’ve had in months! Heath provided us with an AWESOME shopping experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or do business with him in the future. Thank you Heath!
My experience with this store was absolutely amazing. Heath and Tiffany went overboard in making sure our mattress purchase was perfect. No pressure sales. Heath wasn’t over bearing, he was patient, listened to all our concerns. Offered us a great price on a foam mattress we absolutely fell in love with. You work hard to finally afford yourself the best mattress of your lifetime, it’s assuring to know you’re being treated with upmost honesty and care. I strongly recommend this store! I recently purchased a mattress and box spring set from this location on Lincoln Highway in Langhorne, Pa. 19047. From start to finish Heath, was great! He was very, very patient with me talking about life and everything else BEFORE I actually made my final purchase. He also helped us with putting our mattress set on top of our truck. Overall, Heath made our purchasing experience a fantastic one! We purchased a Mattress from Heath recently. What a Great Product and what Great Service!!!nnWe used the Mattress Technology available in the store to narrow our selections of beds. We tried them over and over again over various nights over almost 2 weeks.nnAt one point I got so cozy testing I actually lost my wallet. Heath contacted me immediately to return it to me with no issues.nnSo Honest, So Professional, So Patient!!!nnAnd Six months later while sleeping on our Mattress....nStill no Sheep Sightings!!! That's Huge.nnLooking forward to many years of the same and will definitely purchase from Heath and Mattress Warehouse again. Top Notch!!
