Excellent customer service, knowledgeable design experts, wide variety of styles available. The free design consultation and personalized service sold me. The furniture at La-Z-Boy is incredibly comfortable. Not the least expensive choice out there but, once you do some research, you will soon find out that you get what you pay for - La-Z-Boy is all about comfort and quality!
Went during a final sale event before renovation. The salesperson was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. The only weird thing was they wouldn't give us plastic to wrap the chair we were taking off the floor. Seems like an odd place to draw a line on an expensive chair? Both salespeople apologized as said they weren't allowed to give out plastic. Other than that it was a great shopping experience and I would go back again.
Amazing experience I even walked in minutes to closing just to look and had excellent service while also being sold a couch and love seat quickly. Delivery was an excellent price and the 5 year warranty wasn’t bad.nnI would highly recommend this place to anyone I even spent less than at Sam’s and Bj’s where I was looking when I drove by 30 minutes before close.
Susan and general manager Jeffrey were INCREDIBLE. They found me the end table of my dreams! Also- I appreciated how conscious they were of covid restrictions. Both Susan and Jeffrey wore masks and enforced social distancing. Great employees, great furniture. I absolutely will be back!
Actually, I was driving on Business Rt. 1 in Fairless Hills looking for a competitor’s showroom. Lazy-Boy happened to be the 1st I came across. As I was looking for a reclining chair, so I stopped in. I was able to look around, “pressure free.” Found the chair I wanted at a fair price. Went to the counter, was helped make the purchase immediately. Best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. Looking forward to delivery.
