The store is very clean and setup to comfortably make a decision on what type of mattress you want to sleep on. The staff was informative, friendly and gave you space to make such an important decision. They were readily available to answer any questions. I bought a mattress set and the transaction was quick to process. They have very convenient delivery times and service to setup your bed for you, if you need it.
John was a great salesman. He took care of our every need, was patient and answered all of our questions. The showroom was clean and easy to navigate. Will definitely come back for additional beds in the future!

No pressure sales! We spent a lot of time trying to decide between 2 mattresses and no one rushed us. When we had questions the salesman was really nice about coming over to answer us. After we decided which one we wanted he explained all the paperwork well. Definitely would recommend The Mattress Factory to anyone needing a new one.
