Just purchased our patio set from Sherri who couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us as my wife and I were back and forth between two different sets. She understood both our needs and concerns and took her time moving around different pieces and explaining one versus another. Also, Lee was very helpful during the final transaction (we took multiple visits). Great selection and very knowledgeable staff.
I've had great experience with the store at Fairless Hills better than Montgomery county. The manager at Fairless Hills is much knowledgeable with their products and very professional. Not like the other store he won't even talk to us. Thank you so much Nancy Lee!nWe have returned 7/23/2020 to the Fairless Hills store and finalized my order with Lee. I would recommend that store for any outdoor furnitures and would give that store 10 STARS. My fire pit was delivered yesterday 7/30/2020 and the guys were superb! Excellent workers
Lee from the Oxford Valley/Fairless Hills store was extremely helpful throughout the process. There were some hiccups and issues with the delivery company, but Lee was in constant contact to fix all those issues. Her customer service was absolutely terrific and appreciated. Her colleague Diane R. was also great. Very understanding and helpful. Finally, Mary G. was very accomodating as well. We appreciated all of their help. Great customer service.
Went in to look for new backyard table. Woman who was there was new but very nice and helpful. Made sure everything was good before we left. Great customer service.
Very friendly and helpful. We got a birthday present for my wife and they assured me if my wife did not like the color I could return in 7 days as I am never sure about picking colors. Also in the covid time we are in most places do not have any selection of out door furniture they had a full showroom to pick from.
