Very friendly people and helpful.
I've been using Better Homes for my fireplace maintenance for years, they USED to be good. Their technician Jim was always good & thorough. Now they sub-contract their service out & they are condescending to the homeowners , not very good with the service end & talk about the technicians from Better Homes as well. I see a comment about Pete the owner, he laughed at me about all my problems I was having & put me on hold & passed me on. NOT HAPPY with BETTER HOMES ANYMORE. Will NEVER use them again!
The people at this place know what they're doing, treat you fairly, and get the job done. Would definately do business with again. Thank you Pete!

I was very pleased with the effort and time that Pete gave me to find a replacement remote for an older electric fire place. Very nice customer service.
