This was the fastest most competent computer service I have ever used! John was at my home business within a few hours of my call, fixed my problem, made some great suggestions and didn't waste time but was friendly. I not only would recommend Same Day Geek to anyone but have used them any time a problem arose in the last 5 years..
System locked tight, unable to move anything. My schedule is random and full, but the fine folks at Same Day Geek worked around all my awkwardness, and came within hours. Knowing I would have only a short window of time, the arrangement they made was to spend a finite amount of time and if the fix was not completed by then they would take the hard drive and repair it off site.nThis experience (and the many other times I have called on their expertise), Same Day Geek has demonstrate a very professional, highly skilled service and augmented it with well above average customer service.nThey definitely continue to be my go-to when things go wrong with the computer.
I am very happy with the service I received from John. I had an issue with an update not installing properly. He came and picked my laptop up, took it away and fixed the issues and then returned it to my home where he spent quite a bit of time with me and answered any questions I had. I will definitely use Same Day Geek again.
