Took my laptop PC in because Outlook had disappeared with Microsoft update. They kept it two weeks and never retreived Outlook. Gave me a large bill to pay and sent me home with a external harddrive to find it myself. Took the machine to another IT company and they found all my files buried under others names. Do not trust them.
Definitely my go to computer guy in white rock! Alan is always personable, service oriented and knows his stuff! I am a computer geek myself and always enjoy getting his advice. His service is well priced and prompt as well.
