First Impression, I walked in with my husband to witness Russel being extremely helpful with an older fellow that really needed cell phone support. He was amazing and quickly resolved his issue! Broke my iPhone screen - Russel fixed it for such a reasonable price I was shocked (compared to what Apple would’ve charged)!!!nHe and his wife are the nicest couple that made us feel so comfortable! He’s soooo knowledgeable - cleaned up our computer so we have way more room now! Many thanks!
The service in the store was excellent. Very good information and extremely helpful in solving several problems. The upgrade done in the shop has improved the working of my laptop and follow up service and questions have been addressed immediately and thoroughly.
