We put in a new floor about a year ago. We were having constant nicks in the floor and I know we did not do this. I made a claim and the rep Melissa was absolutely amazing. We were not sure if we would get new flooring but Melissa called to update a few times. After a couple, of days we were approved for a new floor. I know she heard my frustration and after spending a lot of $$ our floor should not be damaged. She was so helpful!!
We came into Avalon looking for back splash for our kitchen. James Hedner assisted us in every step. He was patient while we were deciding on the perfect tile! He understood what we were looking for and made some great suggestions!! James is knowledgeable, friendly and patient! He is a great asset and Avalon Flooring is lucky to have him!! Everyone we dealt with at Avalon was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend anyone who is looking for new floors, tile etc. to visit Avalon.
