This whole process went so much more smoothly and easily than we were expecting. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful, and even found us an absolutely amazing deal on an absolutely amazing bed. Monica was very knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through the entire process and thoroughly explained each mattress. She broke down the different mattress' and the advantages of each one. She was a straight shooter and got us a great price. I highly recommend Monica at Mattress Firm at Doylestown.
Gary, the salesman who assisted me, was very informed and gave great advice since I was buying a mattress for my elderly mother. He made the process very convenient and coordinated the delivery with great follow-up. It was very nice to have such great service.
Mattress is coming 9 days late when it was supposed to actually come EARLY. I’m now sleeping on a couch for 2 weeks. I was told Covid manufacturing issues was the reason, but that should have been factored in from the start. My suggestion is to only buy a mattress from here if it’s currently in-stock, or you’ll fall prey to a quick sale and false promise. I’ll update this review if my experience gets better or worse.
