Purchased a pool table recently. James was very knowledgeable and helped us select the best table for us. Due to the covid situation we were not able to get the insulation on the day that we had scheduled; However when we were able to get the installation, they were well protected and had a plan to install the pool table safely. We have had it just over a weekend and love it. We highly recommend Royal Billiards.

We needed new stools, and our Google search led us to Royal Billiard & Recreation. They have an incredible number of stools, and we sat in every one. In fact, the gentleman who waited on us encouraged us to take our time, so we were sure of our selection. He was extraodinarily patient with us as we mulled over which material we wanted for the seats. As we were doing this, we had questions, but the person helping us was answering another customer's questions. No matter, someone else on the floor jumped right in to help us.nnThe stools we purchased were made in the USA. They were recently delivered, and they are so well made with high quality materials, and they are just gorgeous.nnWe purchase a lot of things online, but we wanted to try stools. before we committed. I didn't realize how many styles, sizes, and comfort levels of stools were available, so trying out all of the stools, rather than choosing them by sight only was a very good decision.nnWe hit the jackpot with Royal Billiard. If you're in the market for bar or counter seating, this is the only place to go.
