I recently purchased decking materials, railings and deck chairs from Sequoia Out Back. I cannot stress enough how positive the experience was. Great selection of products. Competitive pricing. And the customer service was first class from start to finish. Everyone I had the pleasure to communicate with was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Questions I sent via email were responded to thoroughly and almost immediately. My wife and I are big fans of Sequoia and would not hesitate to return should future needs arise.
Good customer service? Ran out of work to get there. Drove 35 minutes. Wouldn't let us in. Person at desk saw us and ignored us. He could have gotten up and walked over. He was just sitting there staring at a computer. Make an appointment? There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store! Very frustrating.
It is the place to go for all of your good quality outdoor furniture. If it goes on a patio or outside thay will have something just right for your home. They are very friendly and helpful

I have been in the construction industry for nearly 40 years. I have work with good suppliers and I have worked with bad suppliers. Sequoia is by far one of the good ones. Great customer service, knowledge staff, great inventory. If they do not have it they get it fast. They are doing a great job navigating Covid. Can’t come up with one negative and now I am enjoying a great deck built with may hands, with great reasonably price materials. Thank you Sequoia for being a diamond in the rough.
