We just stopped in and saw Patrick. There are plenty of mattress stores in the area, but Mattress Factory’s reviews gave us the confidence in knowing that we would be in good hands. The facility was extremely clean. The selection was vast. We knew we wanted a firm mattress and the price point and Patrick was very knowledgeable of his inventory. We spent less than 15 minutes because he was able to show us exactly what we wanted. He even humored our for year old daughter who was shopping with us. We would highly recommend Mattress Factory to anyone in the market for a new mattress!
Andrew was very helpful and left very happy with my purchase. I come from a sales background and when I meet someone like Andrew I value someone who knows his stuff and isn't pushy at all. He gave me all the information I needed I would have felt silly for not buying. He's helpful knows his product and didn't just try and sell me the most expensive mattress in the store. He took the time to help me find a good fit that worked for me and my wife. If anyone needs help finding a quality mattress this is the spot.
This was my first time at Mattress Factory and I didn’t know what to expect. The showroom was huge and very clean. Great selection of mattresses with a good range of prices. The gentleman who helped us, Pat, was really helpful without being pushy or making us feel rushed. Easy scheduling delivery and the price for what we got was amazing. Definitely recommend!!
Awesome place!!! Everyone is helpful and honest. Way better then the other surrounding mattress places. Dwight and Bernie were both very very nice and helpful. Don’t waste your time at mattress firm. I got a better mattress for a cheaper price and actually felt cared for and valued as a customer.
Oh we fell very comfortable to visit mattress Factory. Nice guy andrew .He explained us very well about mattress and without any pushing and give us time to decide our choice. We was decided our budget maximum $1000 but we increase our budget $1600 without any hesitation. Thanks Andrew and mattress factory.
