I had the pleasure of working with Angie, who sold me my mattress. I couldn’t find a more honest, kind salesperson who took the time to help me find the perfect bed. After having horrible experiences at other mattress stores, Angie made the whole experience at Mattress Firm a very pleasant one. I will only be shopping here for beds from here on out and I hope to do so with Angie again! I’d highly recommend her and this store!
Unfortunately not a great experience. The salesperson kept implying that the mattress was too expensive for me to buy. He wouldn't even show the mattress that I was looking for and kept telling me it was too expensive. Frankly I had such a great experience in Mattress warehouse that I am going to buy my mattress from there. What amazes me is that how easy it is for some people to judge another. Would never even enter a mattress firm store and would certainly not recommend it to anybody.
Angie was very helpful. Knowledgeable, and patiently answered every question ( and we had many ) and allowed us the time we needed to test several mattresses, and chat on our own to make a decision. It was a very good shopping experience and we're looking forward to enjoying our new bedding.nnI would recommend Mattress Firm if you're in the market...great selection, good deals and fast delivery.
