I ordered a dishwasher online. The 3rd party delivery company failed to deliver my dishwasher on 3 separate occasions despite phone calls and emails confirming the delivery. After a bit of phone circus I ended up talking to Amber in deliveries. Amber was very helpful and was true to her word. She gave followup calls and made sure my wife and I were satisfied. Amber gets all 5 stars and I hope her boss gets her something nice for the holidays.
Had to deal with a person at customer service desk who did nothing to assist. Nothing I can do was her only answer. Checkout more interested in coworkers phone pics than paying attention to customer.
Found a wonderful remnant carpet but when opened at home, it wasn't the size marked. I called & they took care of what I needed without question. That's being customer oriented!!
This is the worst Lowes I have ever seen. They installed storm door wrongly blocking the door bell of my house. After, 1 year and 1000s of calls to customers service the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Now today store cancelled my order without notifying me and also charged my gift card. Now I have to deal with their incompetent customer service to resolve that. I’m already on hold for 2 hrs and no one has answered the call yet. Go to Home Depot instead.
