I had purchased quite a few items in anticipation of my parents moving into an assisted living senior community. A return to Bed Bath & Beyond was without a doubt my most difficult return of all the different stores. No problem with Amazon, Target, or Kohl's. I had my receipt, answered the questions, yet had to answer the same questions two additional times. Did I appear to be lying the first two times I said that the comforter set had not been opened, let alone used? Then the associate seemed more interested in getting help for the line at the checkout than finishing my transaction. I did give a three instead of one star since the purchases were all good quality for the price.
Oh my gosh, I can't get enough of this store. Sure things are priced high but the variety and usefulness of the products they have make up for it. I just bought a pillow from here and love it!
I was having a hard time finding drapes. And didnt know what i was looking for i thought they had what i saw on line. And there was no one to help me when all of a sudden a woman named Ms Carrie came out the back and took her time with telling me what colors wentbwith what and if i changed colors i qould need to buy accent peices to go with it she took her time was polite and patient with me ..job well done ms Carrie
1st time there. Well stocked. Good Covd practices in place.
Not happy being PROFILED and FOLLOWED throughout the store !!nCashier was VERY un interested to greet me nor thank me !!!n.....OH WELL.....SURVEYS maybe be able to combat those behaviors !!
