My experience started with chasing people down that finally came two days after scheduled.The guys that came out were nice enough but I then called to follow up since we never heard back. At that point I was spoke to in a very demeaning manor when I asked a simple question. I will never again use them. Not to mention they are not reasonably priced. Be more transparent upfront and listen to your customers. It will go a long way.
I can't believe they keep pool tile instock from the 90's. Sooooo happy we could replace the tile with an exact match.
