If I could rate it 0 I would. Don't try the curb side pick up. I followed everything in the app. It said, please wait your order will be out soon! I waited 40 minutes while I also called the store every 5 minutes about and no one ever answered.nnI can understand it being busy due to Black Friday week and covid, but 40 minutes are you serious? They can't even pick up the phone and say , sorry we have a line. I used to work Order Pick Up and no matter what, our Rule at Target was under 2 minutes. Here, they don't even care.nnFinally a guy answered and still says it'll be a couple of minutes. Now it has been an hour, for curb side pickup which is supposed to be the fastest ever. They even brought out other people who were there for 5 minutes their items.nnI might as well go inside and go on a whole shopping spree which will be shorter than this. I guess Home Depot it is . :)
We had Lowes do our laminate flooring downstairs. It turned out good except they never delivered or installed the trim. We paid for it and now they have no idea where it is. We would love for our floors to be complete and get what we paid for.
Very clean and professional staff here st this location. Went in for their kid's DIY event and it was very well organized. I would recommend this location over their competitor.
Would be nice if the employees could be bothered to wear their masks properly. Way too many people inside and too many not wearing a mask. Did not feel like a safe place to shop these days. Will not be going back there anytime soon.
Usually love lowes but their selection with specific house construction items was not that great. We did find Beautiful French doors with blinds. Their selection of door knobs, dead bolts was not good. Some packages were opened, items missing and stuff was in places it should not be.
