On 8/30 I encounter a rude manager at this store. This woman called me out of my name several times all because I asked to speak to someone higher then she was to address my concerns. I called the main office just to get a answer machine. I spoke with someone at this store the next day and he told me they will have to investigate what happened so if I want to come to the store to shop in the morning. Why should I have to come in the morning to shop. She should not have a job. Its not ok for people to talk to you in any kind of rude way. I am a African American woman I believe I was treated this way because the color of my skin. She gets to keep her job and I have to shop at another dollar tree. This is not right ud83dude15
Will never visit this store again! The management and employees allow for an environment where customers can go around harassing other customers. My wife came home in tears after her visit to this store looking for something for our son. She reported that she was continuously followed around the store by a male customer and harassed. Even after she told the customer to leave her alone, it continued. Store staff did absolutely nothing. The harassment was bad enough that my wife left the store and returned home. This is absolutely unacceptable!
This is by far the best dollar store for this area in my opinion..they have a huge variety of items and the staff is friendly & helpful! I love this dollar tree!
