I purchased an item online and had it delivered to the store. I received an email that it was there and I had seven days to pick it up, but that was a lie. The next day it was canceled and said that I didn't pick it up in time. The store said they were sold out of the item at the store and they couldn't help since they don't have any stock. I would have to call customer service. After multiple different calls and several agonizing hours, I got them to honor the coupon that I used on the original order. This was like pulling teeth with no medication. I Will not shop at Macy's again! Avoid at all costs!
