This is in response to the review from Julie Lam. First of all, we have dealt with Klinghoffer Carpet One in the past & have NEVER had a problem with this company. We recently had a small issue with our carpet in our family room that was purchased almost a year ago & my husband spoke to the owner & the next day two gentlemen, Chris & Diego were at our home & took care of the problem BEAUTIFULLY!!!!!! I would & have recommended them to people who have been in our home complimenting our carpeting. I personally feel that you are not a legitimate customer because all the reviews I have seen are wonderful & they have AMAZING carpeting. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

i am an interior decorator i have used klinghoffers for over 30 years this past month i had i idea of how i wanted a stair case done that was very unusual klinghoffers worked with me on my idea and the results were amazing there staircase installer deago worked wonders if i could rate a 10 i would

We have purchased carpet and hardwood twice from Klinghoffer and the owner Joe has been wonderful to do business with. He came everyday to supervise and make sure everything was going as planned and was there to answer all of my questions. My new floors are beautiful.nnKudos to Ron, Chris, Jack and the installers who all worked hard to get my floors installed in a timely manner and made sure I was completely satisfied.nnWould definitely recommend
