Absolutely terrible. No one answers the phone. I tried for 2 hours. The people that are in the store are rude and ghetto. Avoid at all costs. Nothing but animals working there. How they talk and everything. Disgusting. And you wonder why minimum wage is so low. It’s all you useless animals deserve
This Target has really gone downhill. For starters they don't have people stock the shelves at night, so there are workers on the floor with huge carts blocking the way when the store is busy. I by no means blame the workers for that, I fully blame management. Next I understand in these times we all have to practice social distancing, but that does not explain why they only keep one or two cash registers open, while the line of customers stretches all the way to the back of the store. You have something like ten registers can't you open every other one to get people out of there faster, while also keeping up with the whole social distancing thing? Anyway thats all I have to say about this Target, basically the management there is awful and they can't seem to run things smoothly.
I walked in the Roosevelt Blvd Target and was met by a very nice lady wiping down shopping carts. I wish I knew her name but she welcomed me right away and expressed awesome customer service immediately. I arrived at the store around 8:30am and when I checked out at 9:12am she was still diligently sanitizing carts for incoming shoppers. I wished her a good day on my way out the door and she was still just as pleasant sanitizing carts. She was the bright spot of my day and I hope she is commended for her work. I appreciate her. I attempted to call the store and obtain her name but after numerous attempts no one picked up. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for making this customer feel safe in the store during a pandemic.

Always happy with Target, especially the NE Philadelphia store! In addition to good prices and a nice selection of products, Target provides a clean and friendly shopping environment.
