Every single time I call the customer service couldn’t not be anymore rude, quiet a shame. Unfortunately for me I am stuck going there hopefully it improves soon for their sake. Would never recommend to anyone.
I called the pharmacy 10 minutes before closing , told them I was 15 min away and if they could please wait for me 5 minutes. Letting them know it was important . The lady stays the 5 minutes puts the medicine in a box with magnetic lock and says the register here is closed but go to the normal registers and they'll take you. I go and the guy won't ring me up ! By that time the lady was gone. Wasted my time saying she would wait for me because I rushed over and at the day walked out empty handed. Horrible service. These people need to get on the same page. Never going back!
Once you get your prescription you should call it in ahead of time before you go to the store for a refill they will also phone your doctor to get refills for you. How to service here was just as good as any other Pharmacy and the cost certainly within reason.
Average pharmacy; always busy; sometimes difficult to get a hold of staff via phone
