Rude treatment by manager. I am 73 years old and have dealt with a lot of sales people and salesman. The manager at Sturzen in Towanda Sayre is the worst manager I have ever tried to talk to. I might of talked to wall. He would no even listen or omitt that the sales person told me what they did, who was a nice lady, but this wingnut would never manage anything for me. Will never by from Sturzen furniture again. A I was trying to explain to him he hung up the phone after yelling at me to go ahead and call your bank and cancel your order, then click dial tone. Think this is the only place in the world that knew what I was talking about when I said I needed a waterbed insert. And they have no problem getting one!!! Also, very patient in explaining mattresses to me.

do not go here. the mattress are terrible when you get them home and no refunds. go somewhere where they have refundw in case you dont like it. my dog wont even sleep on the new bed its so hard. complete waiste of money
