It's Lowes
Long line with only one register open but other than that it was a good experience. Had what I wanted in stock and easy to find.
Place has halfway descent service ,but way overpriced on tools and accessories example selling cordless tools without battery and charger ,or lumber,i prefer to build cabinets but its cheaper to buy than to build. Lumber is more expensive than the cabinetsn.
My Dyson vaccum and craftsman 4 stroke both came from here. No problems yet with either. Here’s some missing common sense though: Why are you hiding the protective glasses at the end of the paint aisle? Shouldn’t they be on an end cap by the weed wackers mowers and trimmers? Why do you have separate places for measuring tapes and levels and squares? It’s all measuring equipment... I find this Lowe’s to be disorganized but usually well stocked.
We had problems with an order that we to involve the manager of the store for help. It sounded like he was going to help us in the beginning but nothing happened. He wouldn’t return my phone calls. We ended up contacting someone from their home office through Messenger that got us apologizes and immediate action! It’s just too bad wle couldn’t have gotten this type of service in the beginning or even when we first asked for help.
