Worst service ever. Every single time I go. I have the displeasure of having to deal with the same rude pharmacy cashier every time. She can never hear me and when I speak up she acts as if I'm yelling at her. She doesn't know how to do her job. Always needs another associate to help her complete a transaction. Every time. For years. She's very nasty and acts like it's the customers fault (not just me) when she can't do her job. I leave the store crying every time I have to pick up a prescription. I'm so fed up. I'll have to start going to somewhere else.

I have to say that the low star reviews are all accurate. I use to use them and they were extremely unorganized!Literally no excuse for it.They would never have my prescription filled on time.It was a joke! They are not the cheapest by far.They have refused to fill my prescription even though I called in hours ago.I have really needed this medicine at the time.Who do they think they are refusing to fill someones medication. They didn't do this because they were so behind from being so unorganized.Go somewhere else.

So bad I had to file a complaint with their corporate hq. I'm a type 1 diabetic and on two occasions I had to go the entire weekend without insulin because they were out of stock They blamed their supplier and said I should always order it 10 days early. No insurance company that I know of let's you renew that early. When I told the pharmacist that I could literally die by not having insulin for a weekend he had the same expression as someone would if you told them the sky was blue. This has also happened with 3 other medications multiple times. The cashiers are always polite but the pharmacists act like they're above having to explain themselves. If I had a choice I'd use a different pharmacy. But unfortunately I can't. PATIENTS BEWARE

Awful pharmacy. Treat people like cattle about to get butchered. Are rude, have attitudes and judge their customers by what prescriptions they get. Do not go here. Average wait time says 20 minutes. Oh no! Try at least 45 minutes! And that is just picking something up. God forbid you have to drop off a script and wait! Forget it!

I have never, ever had a problem with this pharmacy. Kind, courteous and quick despite all of the overwhelming grief they get from the customers. The Valley should be ashamed of how they treat these people.
