The girls were so amazing and patient with us during our mattress purchase today. We were given all of the information we needed to make a decision. Mary and Ashley were so helpful in showing us all of the pillow and sheet options and we are so excited to get our delivery!

Kurtis clearly knows what he’s doing when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and product knowledge. I work in sales, so when I am around other sales people, I often critique (in my head) as to what I would do in that scenario. With Kurtis, I wouldn’t change a thing. Made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchases (and they weren’t small by any means.) It was a pleasant experience, and I will for sure recommend him and their showrooms to anyone in the market. Clean, professional, and didn’t make me feel pressured. 6 stars from me!

Buyer Beware!!! I ordered a reclying couch & reclyner set on June 18, 2020 and was supposed to get it delivered July 30, 2020 then was bumped to September 11, 2020 then bumped again to September 16, 2020 and still no delivery of goods that was paid in full!!! Now the delivery is supposed to be scheduled Priority for 9/23/2020. I spoken with others who had purchased furniture after me and had recieved it and that is frustrating! They are blaming everything on Covid-19... I am very disgusted with Ashley Furniture being a 1st time customer and will not get anything there anymore after this experience!!! If this delivery date is canceled again, then I am definitely cancelling my order and getting my money back that they taken out in Full on June, 18, 2020.
