If I could give you zero I would. I got the truck, asked for an inspection of the driveline disconnect on my personal vehicle being towed, the owner told me I didn’t need to on my Nissan Pathfinder. I don’t know too much about cars so I believed him, he’s supposed to be the expert. 4 hours in to the trip my personal car started to smoke and pour out fluids. I had to call a mechanic to come road side. He said that person was WRONG! I am out the cost of the mechanic and now I don’t have my second vehicle for my husband to find work in a new state. I have contacted customer service several times, I hope they make this right. So far, it’s not looking likely.
Always great experience and equipment would use no one else.
Went to drop off a truck and had some of the best customer service. Very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend this location and their employees!
