We were greeted right away and was pointed in the direction of what we were looking for. Nobody was pushy or overbearing and was right in ear shot when we needed something. Luke was very helpful through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had. He explained all details on delays that have occurred due to back orders due to the pandemic and kept us up to date with our order and made sure we received in a timely manor. All of the employees there were kind and very helpful and helped us load our furniture up and secure it for travel. 100 percent for this store!

Bought a new bedroom set here and the service was excellent. Luke was there to help us along the way and answered any and all questions we had. Our furniture arrived way earlier than expected and exceeded our expectations. Great experience from start to finish.

Lucas and Yamin where awesome! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very efficient in answering our questions. You defiantly need to come and ask for one of these guys When you visit American Freight in Altoona PA!

THANKS BRAD!.......Brad was our salesperson - sssoo helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable................couldn't decide between couch and loveseat OR a sectional................decided on couch and loveseat (and ottoman)...........but then changed mind on ottoman - but then changed back to wanting it again!!! Not being able to make up our minds did not seem to annoy anybody there! NICE!...............Very friendly staff - very accommodating as well...............This was our first visit, but we'll be back.
