I would rate this 5+ stars if I could. My boyfriend and I went to this store and didn't want to leave. Trent helped us immensely. We had no idea the different feeling of firm, medium, or plush, gel or memory foam, or even the feeling of having our legs or head raised up. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed or tell us what we needed to buy. He took us through every bed so we could tell the differences between them and decide for ourselves what we liked most. He is a very connectable, likeable salesman. We haven't met any others like him. We were very pleased with the experience overall. He didn't make us feel like we had to walk out owning a new bed, but gave us all the information we need to decide which one we want. We will definitely be purchasing a new bed and when we do, it will be from whatever store Trent is at. He's definitely a huge asset to the company and I hope he is appreciated as much as we appreciated him. 110% satisfaction rate.

My experience at mattress firm was one of the best experiences I had at any mattress place I been to. Trent helped my husband and I to find exactly the type of mattress we were looking for. He was very pleasant. I’m very happy to say I was able to walk away with a bed today!! They had many in stock we were able to pick from. Not to mention the amount of money we saved today was over 500 dollars our mattress was half off.

Just purchased a new bed. The decision was made over several days with no pressure on making it right then and there. Our salesperson, Trent, is the best there is. He went over everything and broke it down for us so we knew exactly what we were buying. He is a very easy going, personable guy. You can tell he doesn't want to just make money, he wants to make customers happy. He is the guy we will buy all our future beds from and who we will recommend to others. Wonderful experience!

Purchased a queen size mattress and box spring. Trent was fantastic! Excellent customer service at this store! Looking forward to our delivery arrival.nnWe received our Serta Perfect Sleeper Sandburg mattress. The delivery process (and delivery men) was as awesome as the customer service we received in the store. We are enjoying our new mattress! I definitely plan to make future bed purchases at Mattress Firm. I would highly recommend this company!
