Went in looking for a mattress for our 21 year old son who is moving in to our basement. Even though they were not selling us the most expensive mattress, I still felt like they really took their time to make sure we were informed and happy with our purchase. Great service! I will definitely shop there again. Hopefully for a new mattress for us next time!

I came here 5 minutes before the store opened, yet was still attended to with the utmost importance by the manager there! He helped me pick out my first queen sized mattress and got me all set up for next-day delivery. It was evident he knew what he was doing when I didn't, and he even recommended I purchase a mattress protector so that in case anything would happen to my mattress within the next 10 years, it would fall under warranty and I could get it replaced for free! I was really impressed by the customer service at this Mattress Warehouse. I would highly recommend going here if you're thinking about purchasing a mattress!
