I highly recommend Ironman Movers! They were quick, efficient, very helpful to my my needs. I will definitely be using them in the near future for another move of ours. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience!

Ironman Movers ended up providing excellent service, although we had a scheduling snafu at the start of our day. However, Kelly responded quickly to our problem & sent a second team over to do our job, & they were fantastic! Jason, CJ & BJ worked well as a team, cared for our furniture like it was their own, & were focused & upbeat throughout our time together. I would definitely use this company again, if I could specifically schedule this team.

Morgan and Dale were excellent. They were efficient, industrious, polite, and amicable. We didn't have a huge job for them, but they gave it 100%. We greatly appreciated the help going from an apartment without an elevator to one with an elevator. We were happy to tip generously, and we would certainly not hesitate to utilize them again.

I am so sad to give this such a poor review, but I am just very inclined to deter anyone from using this company. This is the second time we used Iron Man Movers- the first was about six months ago and we used them for a pack and move job across town. The guys who came both days were friendly and expedient- the packing was fast and the move in day went well.nnThis time around, I hired them for the same move in reverse (from the rental house back into our regular house, as we’d been renovating). I asked about COVID-19 policies and was assured that employees would wear masks and sanitize often. The two young men who came for both the pack and move job seemed very inexperienced- they arrived for the pack job 3 hours early and took a very long time- I ended up packing the entire second floor, and they did not come prepared with enough tape for the boxes so had to leave midday and return. (I should note this was also a sparsely furnished house, as we left most of our things in storage).nnThe move day was absolutely disastrous. With an arrival window of 8:30-10, the same gentlemen arrived at 11:15 and began loading the truck. They did not wear masks. They told my husband they would most likely be unable to move one of our dressers from the second floor, as they were ill equipped to carry it- and ended up damaging it when they finally did). They also said that they could not remove the tv from the wall and were not comfortable. My husband had to leave twice that day to retrieve different tools as they were ill equipped- and it was my husband who dismantled our (very simple) bed frame and removed the tv because the movers couldn’t do it. A small move that should have been around 5 hours lasted all day and the furniture didn’t even make it into our house! It was all loaded into our garage because there was no time left in the day. To top it all off, the movers loaded two very large pieces of furniture that were supposed to remain at the rental house, and after the move had to return with the truck to replace those items (so didn’t finish until 9pm).nnI left messages with the management throughout the day of the move and didn’t receive any callbacks or feedback. As I said- our first move with this company was adequate so I hope that they can improve upon this incredibly poor experience with their next customers- but we will certainly never use this company again.

The service we received was excellent! The guys loaded the truck very efficiently and only one trip was required. They positioned our furniture exactly where we asked, they put everything back together after taking it apart, and nothing was damaged!
