Had a great experience at Fecera’s! I went with no expectations since shopping for furniture has been a stressful process so far. I was given a detailed tour and told what would be available to me right away, and what I would need to wait for. Pricing was great (thanks to an awesome sale!) and on Wednesday, I will be getting the couch of my dreams (seriously - it’s SO comfy) delivered to me for free! Honestly, no complaints. Very happy with my trip!
After a disappointing day furniture shopping at various stores, Fecera's came through. We needed something quickly, which is a tough request in the fall of 2020. But Mark was helpful without being pushy or hovering constantly. We got a couch set that was in stock and a recliner on close out and were satisfied with the price and quality. It was great! Jennie greeted us, gave us all the time we needed to look around. Her energy and passion and friendliness was so refreshing. She was very informative concerning stock and delivery for our new sofa. I definitely recommend shopping here.
We were looking for a dining room set. We received prompt attention. Our sales woman(can’t remember her name but she is an older woman) was very caring and she was very pleasant and patience with my daughter who was looking at living room furniture.nOUTSTANDING
Had a wonderful experienve and enjoyed working with Mark my Salesman.. him and all of the staff were very helpful not only in the Sales process but their guidance in picking out the style and color patterns also! Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for new furniture!
