Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart

Everything started out good. The carpet was installed and we had a section not matching the rest. I emailed the manager Steve and sent him a picture. He stated they would replace. Since then i have called and emailed with zero return calls I even went in the store to speak with them and they told me the replacement carpet was lost. To make a long story short they have never returned any of my 2 additional emails and 6 additional phone calls. I even told the manager I was going to contact my credit card company as this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have attached a photo. Will not recommend anyone to use them. I went here for quality and service and neither was given. We all know mistakes happen but it how you react to those mistakes that matters. Be aware if something goes wrong your will be left in the dark without a care. 11-09-20 Went to store this weekend I had to contact them again. We have this scheduled to replace will update when done. 11-11-20 they came out but the carpet piece that had did not match. Spoke with Dominic he seems like a nice person and stated they will have to replace the entire floor so that its done right. Will update when i have answers. 11-13-20 Called to get an update. Dominic is out of the office was told Matt will call me today.11-16-20 Matt never called but Dominic did call this weekend to ask my availability for getting the carpet replaced. So Far he is the only one that seams to care and he said he will get back to me. 11-18-20 Dominic called me back as he said he would and this is scheduled. If you ever have a problem he is the guy that cares. Will update next week. Crew came and replaced carpet and we are not satisfied as it looks great. Dominic even gave a follow up call to see how everything went. Once Dominic got involved he returned calls and made sure things got corrected. In the end they did what they promised so we are happy. Thank You Dominic.

After Empire carpets cancelled our consult 1 hour before scheduled time, we scrambled to find a carpet place that would be able to install within a week. Most places we called just couldn’t do it, Lomax of Pottstown were the first to say yes. Chris was great and had us in next day to pick carpet and get everything set up. The manager Steve was out next business day to take measurements for us and by the Friday the installation crew was ready to go. They realized the house was newly painted and were very careful not to damage any baseboards. We had an all around great experience and highly recommend as they did not hesitate to work with us and get the project done in such a short amount of time.

This was our first experience with Lomax and it was a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, from beginning to end!!nnOur basement was flooded due to a major storm and they made us feel like family from the 1st time we walked through the door. Shirley was our host and was awesome to talk to, get advice from and make the buying experience enjoyable. She is a true professional.nnActually everyone in the store was so helpful, from Amy to Dominic and everyone else that worked with us to make this experience top notch. All of the sales reps work in tandem and you will not experience any cut-throat activity here! You will always feel comfortable, informed and not pressured.nnThe installation of the flooring was the highlight as Jonathan's crew were a quiet, polite and proficient bunch that showed us so much respect. They are experts in what they do!nnMy wife and I are planning to do more flooring throughout the house and will not go anywhere but here in the Pottstown location!nnThanks Lomax - you are a gem and greatly appreciated!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Lomax. Dominic was our salesman. He went above & beyond the call of duty in serving us. Not only did he bring samples to the house several times, which was very helpful in deciding which Luxury Vinyl to get, but he was very knowledgeable about the right product for our needs. He took careful, accurate measurements, which resulted just the right amount of product without much waste. The installers were excellent!! They worked very hard make sure the job was well done!

The Lomax team was friendly and attentive, especially Shirley. Pricing was explained and I never felt pressured or rushed even though they were busy and I changed my selection twice. Can't wait for my installation!
