Ashley in general has great products at a reasonable price. Watch out for insane shipping times but there is a pandemic so we get it. The reason for one star at this location is unlike the Conshohocken location, no one here tried to sell me at all. Being a sales manager myself, I appreciate a salesperson that is hungry and wants to make it happen. Salesperson walked me so fast I couldn't believe it. I know you just opened but train your people to be creative and find something for every customer!!

Went in to get information on a bedroom set for my FL home. Ashley locations are independent and the pottstown location had nothing to gain to help me out and yet took the time to provide model numbers needed and overall guidance. Well done! And to boot the person who assisted me was Ashley!

Thanks to Ashley's homestore I have went through the worst furniture buying experience in my life. The staff do not care about the customers and their expectations. I bought a sofa on September 3rd and was given a delivery date of October 16th and was ensured the sofa would get to me by then. The employee made an empty promise just to secure her commission on the sofa. After the estimated date of arrival I gave the store a call because I have not heard anything yet. I was told conflicting dates by different employees over the phone ranging from late October to November. I gave the company another call today and was told that the sofa was now pushed back until January. The reason for the delay was noted as a lack of manufacturer resources due to the pandemic. This excuse is not sufficient, the pandemic outbreak began in March and furniture stores have been delaying customers orders since then. You'd think that by September employees would warn their customers of the lengthy delays; however, that is not the case. The company shows complete disconcern for their customers. When speaking to customer service they do not offer any help. If you would like to be able to enjoy your furniture without waiting half a year DO NOT SHOP HERE.
