Came here on a November Saturday and the line was out the door. There seemed to be a decent amount of baristas working but they were behind. However the coffee was great and well worth the wait. It is fairly priced as well. There’s a good amount of seating outside.
Amazing service and delicious.
I ordered an iced coffee, that was a bit too sweet for my taste. When asked if they could remake, the staff didn't even batt and eye. They immediately remade my drink to PERFECTION! Service like this, without hesitation, is hard to find these days. I will definitely return, should I find myself in Moab again!
Fabulous coffee! Super friendly. They make their cold brew with coffee ice cubes so it doesn’t get watered down. I appreciate that they are strict about masking and social distancing— as they should be in a busy tourist town!! Felt very safe grabbing coffee.
The gelato is great! We didn't get a chance to try anything else but we plan to go back another day for sure. This is the only food establishment in Moab good enough that we would return to.
Update: We did return and their bagels, and chocolate are great as well. My wife had coffee and said it was the best she's had in a while.
I'm not sure if the southwest just does coffee better than my home state, but Moab Roasters was unexpectedly good. My go-to for testing a new cafe is an Americano. It was creamy and nutty. Not too much water, low acidity, roasted just right- not grassy and not burnt. Well done.
