I never review but LaMon’s customer service and work ethic was so fantastic I just had to write one. LaMon and his crew were quick, helpful and decisive to the point that this was the beat phone purchase experience I’ve had. I recommend anyone looking for T-Mobile products to go to this store. 5/5

LaMon is by far the best T-Mobile representative I’ve dealt with after various stores I have visited. He took care of the problem I’ve been dealing with over months within a few minutes! I will drive out of my way just to have LaMon take care of me again. Hire more LaMons!
I went in for an upgrade for my old iPhone 8 and I had a great experience at this store. Liz was the associate who helped me and she was amazing! After some pretty uncomfortable sales tactics I'd dealt with a few years back at another T-Mobile store in Bellingham, Liz was the complete opposite: professional and helpful.
