I cannot express how pleased and comfortable I was being a customer here. I purchased my new Samsung S10 here with total confidence and easily added onto my family's data plan. Worst T-Mobile experience ever! Took extremely long just to do a upgrade as a result of this store not having adequate equipment to do a data transfers. Take my advice and save yourself some time by going to a corporate location either in the mall or on Bakerview.
