New phone. Yea!!!
Jeremiah went above and beyond with my family today. We had brought him outdated old iPhones in need of iOS updates, Apple ID issues and tons of data to transfer. These issues ended up taking hours to solve. He was incredibly patient with us and very knowledgeable. His level of customer service is one I’ve never seen. Incredibly personable, professional, and courteous. We are confident that there is nothing this guy can’t do! I highly recommend him for any phone help you need! Thank you again we are very happy with our new phones and accessories!
Brad provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a cellular service shop. He took the time to explain the service to my boyfriend and I and answered all of our questions. He was super fast and helpful throughout the entire process.nnThank you Brad !!
