My violin was not sounding it's usual self so I took it in for an adjustment. Dorothy worked with me and my instrument until we were sounding great. She removed and did some magic to the post, then put it back in, moved the bridge a bit, and put on two new strings. Voila!
A small shop specializing in bow instruments. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. As a totally new violin player she helped me find something nice that was in my price range and directed me to a class focused on my preferred style of music.
The only Luthier that I fully trust with my valued violin not to mention my career. All work is done in-house! If you are seeking an intuitive creative to collaborate in your highest performance standards you have found the right shop. All without giving up an arm or a leg.
I had the opportunity of working with Dorothy she did an amazing job tuning up and giving me instructions on how to work with my daughter's violin to ensure she's using a properly before her lessons very thankful for all their help and amazing place to go a lot of knowledge. Thank you and I will definitely be back for more help in the future.
