Ordered and paid for furniture well in advance and even had a delivery day scheduled. First they call and said a truck broke down that they were coming the next day. Then they refused to answer the phone the next day, and THEN FINALLY 3 days AFTER!!!! The scheduled delivery date I get a call that the items are ordered are out of stock. My options are to get a refund which we have to physically go and collect. We live in another city and have been moved in for days waiting for the furniture. We expressed concerns about the time wasted and having to go to another city again after being disappointed and the employee’s response was “We didn’t make you come all the way to reading to buy it. That was your decision.” That was his response to us going out of our way to give them business and trusting them to fulfill our needs for our new home. Disgusting level of unprofessionalism, miscommunication and just downright disregard for customers. By far the worst business I have ever encountered in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. Just awful experience.
This place is absolutely unprofessional! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The struggle that my friend and parents had to go through with this place is unbelievable. They never pick up the phone and when they do they always give you an excuse as to why your furniture is not delivered.
Unprofessional salesman , very disappointed. Highly recommend business else where .
