Very easy, didn't have to go into the store. It was by far the BEST PICK UP experience ever. Keep it after the Hollidays. Best idea ever. Loved it. When you have a great thing going, don't stop it!
I'm a big fan of this Target location. Most of the employees are great (the folks in the cellphone corral can be pretty uninterested in helping you,) and the place is kept pretty clean. Stocking seems to be happening every time I go regardless of time, which in my opinion is a good thing not a bad thing. I just wish the other shoppers could actually respect everyone's 6-feet of personal space.
Seriously you guys and this service rocks! I can't thank you enough for offering it. Always a friendly face and quick service!
I usually enjoy going to Target but they really need to monitor their customers for masks! It only takes one person to spread the virus! No masks no entry!
My story begins yesterday, 11/9, when I called about the Xbox Series X release. The rep from the tech department said it will be available on 11/10 at midnight local time for next day pick-up. It wasn't. Thanks to that dolt, I've just spent the last hour refreshing the page in case it was delayed. No luck. So now, after waking up this morning at 7am, I have been awake for 17 hours expecting to secure an Xbox on release day, and I'm turning up empty handed. To make matters worse, the Bellis Fair location (supposedly) has six Series X consoles in stock. Now I have to wake-up at 7am again, drive to Target during what is supposed to be elderly hours, wait in line for an additional two hours, only to be inevitably disappointed again! Maddening. What a slap in the face.
