Why should I buy a full length expensive pant suit to have it crammed into a paper bag no bigger than 5“ x 6“ while the people next to me got all of their little shirts left on their hangers. My kids are in their mid-30s I’ve been shopping there since I used to buy their school clothes as little children, but then they just go wide up my clothes and just shove them into a tiny little paper bag that a book would barely fit into. I’ll probably have to take it to the cleaners and have it pressed before I can even wear it to my party. Bad bad service
Macy's in general, I like as a department retailer. My rating is based on the location. Staff is limited. Selection is limited. And I'm not sure why but, I just don't feel excited about the merchandise offered. Lifestyles and work places have become very casual. Even prior to 2020. But yet, there are racks and racks of dresssy, dresses. Pants, jackets. And high heels. I just don't see many folks around town dressing this way.
Easy to find items, optimal customers service, clean and large store offering plenty of options for the entire family. Prices are competitive!
