I walked into the store after failed attempts at trying to get a queen bed frame from a big box store. I was greeted with a big smile from Jimmy and she was able to get me my frame with delivery the following day. Wonderful experience and great customer service!!
We had a great experience with our salesman. We were there looking for 2 full mattresses. He thought they only had 1, but ended up finding another for us. Plus he let us use a coupon from online. I would recommend this store.
Earl is knowledgeable of all products and was patient-no pressure. Immediately found the mattress I wanted Ordered easily. Scheduled delivery quickly. Delivery is Sunday, so I will update at that time. So far, so good!
The product and price was good. Delivery was fine. However i received my bed frames from another company and the frame didnt support a box spring. I called and the manager told me they would charge me 99. To pick it up and 20% restocking fee. I asked if i could bring them back since 99. Was the price i paid for the box springs and i would accept the 20% restocking fee. She said absolutely not she couldnt accept them even though they were still new in the bags they arrived in less than a week ago. So while the prices were right and the mattresses arrived if you have any issue beyond that you are SOL with this company. Use another if you are able.
I was very pleased with the service I received. The sales agent was very informative and helpful in making my decison.
