Walmart Pharmacy

Pharmacist wore her mask UNDER nose. Claimed she couldn’t hear if she wore it correctly! She shouldn’t be handling people’s meds!!

Had a prescription sent over for Vicodin after a wisdom teeth removal and they made us wait almost three hours post op because they had to go on lunch. Pathetic.

We love our Walmart pharmacy. Some of the employees have worked at other pharmacies we’ve used in the past in Exton and they are so helpful and kind! Our meds are always filled on time and without issue. Not sure why the low rating from others. Sometimes I wonder if it’s the reviewers that are the problem!?

Pharmacists are always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Both of our daughters have experienced excellent customer service. Our one called just before they were closing one evening to ask if they would wait till she arrived to pick up her script ...even though it was only 5 min, it was greatly appreciated as she lives an hour away. Our other daughter was home from college and looking for OTC meds for bronchitis. The pharmacist gave her more help than our doctor, came out to pick out the meds, and even wrote down the directions! Thats customer service! ud83dude0a
