Although everyone was nice, they are very disorganized. I know they are very busy due to COVID, but that's no excuse. I placed an order for almost $3,000 worth of Trex and when it was delivered, the color-match screws were missing -- and this was after I specifically told them we needed the screws to start the job AND we pushed back the delivery date by a day to ensure they would be on the truck. And then I got different answers from different employees about where they were and why they didn't deliver them. After they found them, they had the audacity to suggest I come and get them myself. Ridiculous.
Great products and service.
This place is very expensive compared to other places for lumber. I only bought 9 pressure treated 2x4s of various lengths (100 ft total) and paid $22 more than I would have at Lowe's for the same lumber. That's an extra 22 cents per foot. Im going to Lowe's this weekend to get lumber for a new deck instead. The guy who helped me load was very nice though.

The staff at MRD are friendly and knowledgeable of the products they supply. They sell kitchens, windows, doors, trim, lumber, custom millwork, shingles, siding, and more. The products sold here are a better quality then you will find at the large box stores and reasonably priced.
